Head of production - Ethnic wear

About Us:We’re a boutique label specializing in custom-made women’s ethnic and fusion wear. From bridal lehengas to modern shararas, every piece is handcrafted. We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our production unit.⸻Role Overview:Manage end-to-end production, team, and quality to ensure smooth, timely, and high-standard garment delivery.⸻Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily factory operations – cutting, stitching, handwork, finishing.• Lead a team of tailors, masters, and karigars.• Maintain production timelines and manage work allocation.• Ensure top-notch quality and finishing for all orders.• Track raw materials and inventory.• Solve production issues and minimize errors or delays.⸻Requirements:• 2+ years in garment/fashion production (women’s ethnic preferred).• Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching, patterns, and handwork.• Good team handling and coordination skills.• Attention to detail and delivery-focusedHow to Apply:Please, submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio (if applicable) to info@glittercholi.com.
