Role Overview: You are being sought after to join as a Co-Founder (Head of Product & Sales) at Kadel Labs to play a pivotal role in developing a high-impact mortgage intelligence platform under the brand PropDataReports. This senior founding position offers equity and ownership opportunities, where you will spearhead the design, development, and go-to-market strategy of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and feature strategy with a focus on the mortgage and lending ecosystem. - Transform intricate mortgage workflows into seamless, tech-enabled solutions. - Collaborate with tech and UX teams to create scalable, data-driven tools. - Lead the development of domain-specific features like property reports, lead scoring, and borrower insights. - Take charge of the B2B sales strategy targeting NBFCs, banks, fintech lenders, and mortgage brokers. - Develop pricing strategies, Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, and strategic channel partnerships. - Utilize your domain network to secure early customers and boost market adoption. - Represent the product and the company at significant industry events, conferences, and forums. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in the mortgage, real estate, or lending ecosystem, preferably in product, strategy, or B2B sales roles. - Profound understanding of mortgage operations, including LOS, underwriting, credit scoring, and property data APIs. - Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing or scaling tech-driven products in a startup or high-growth setting. - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. - Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.,
