Head of Process Excellence and Intelligent Automation

Role Overview: You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the M&G plc group of companies, as a Process Transformation Specialist for Asset Management business. Your primary objective will be to drive process transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness, leading to improved services for customers, enhanced controls, increased employee satisfaction, and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Drive process improvement initiatives across the business to achieve desired outcomes - Engage with leaders, stakeholders, and other audiences to ensure alignment with business goals - Lead change management programs and evaluate intelligent automation capabilities - Oversee utilization and budget planning for the program - Educate the organization on opportunities and raise digital awareness across teams - Provide accurate MIS for key stakeholders and monitor/mitigate project risks - Act as the first-line escalation point for process excellence and intelligent automation program matters Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in process transformation within the asset management domain - Proven track record in managing large programs and high-impact deliveries with a focus on intelligent automation - Experience in consulting engagements and delivering process improvement projects - Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, business analysis, and data architecture - Expertise in managing diverse cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders - Knowledge of low code products, automation platforms, and upcoming trends in the automation landscape - Hands-on experience with low-code AI/ML led automation platforms and Cloud concepts - Strong stakeholder management, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills Additional Company Details: M&G Global Services has evolved into a powerhouse of capability contributing significantly to M&G plc's goal of becoming the most successful savings and investments company globally.
