Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for primary school students.
Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lesson plans.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
Build relationships with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
Lead staff meetings and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in education, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of improving student outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
Experience working with Nord Anglia Education is an added advantage.
