Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic vision and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.You'll play a key role in managing and coordinating a portfolio of RSC projects within the Power Train Subsystem group, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with Alstom's strategic goals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Power Train Directors, Sub-System Managers, and Customer Directors, to ensure the quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) of projects and much more.You'll specifically take care of resource allocation and competency development for your team, but also provide operational support for project execution and process deployment.We'll look to you for:
- Achieving organizational strategic goals while minimizing portfolio risk
- Ensuring optimal resource allocation and balancing the portfolio to create value
- Controlling project execution through Management Project Reviews (MPR) and Financial Project Reviews (FPR)
- Ensuring accountability for project portfolio performances, including QCD targets and timely delivery
- Providing operational support to project teams, including risk management and mitigation plans
- Deploying project function processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- Business Management, Engineering, or Master's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in leading projects and/or bids management
- Knowledge of business and industrial environments
- Previous experience in a transversal and/or international leadership role
- Strong strategic vision and results-driven mindset
- Excellent management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of the railway industry
- Conflict management and multitasking abilities
- Customer focus and team collaboration
