HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Role Overview: As the Head of International Relations, your primary responsibility will be to foster and expand international collaborations, manage partnerships with global institutions, and enhance the university's global presence. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing international strategies to enhance global outreach, establishing and maintaining partnerships with international universities and organizations, and facilitating student and faculty exchange programs. Additionally, you will coordinate international conferences, workshops, and networking events, ensuring compliance with international education regulations and standards, promoting international research collaborations and funding opportunities, and supporting international students with admissions, orientation, and integration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement international strategies to enhance global outreach. - Establish and maintain partnerships with international universities and organizations. - Facilitate student and faculty exchange programs. - Coordinate international conferences, workshops, and networking events. - Ensure compliance with international education regulations and standards. - Promote international research collaborations and funding opportunities. - Support international students with admissions, orientation, and integration. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters or Ph.D. in International Relations, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international education or institutional partnerships. - Strong understanding of global higher education trends and policies. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in managing international student recruitment and exchange programs.,
