As the Head of Insurance Sales, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling our life insurance sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the nationwide rollout of a sub-agent network for life insurance sales, with a focus on building and managing a strong team of agents across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the rest of India. You will be tasked with designing and implementing innovative business strategies from the ground up, analyzing and optimizing sales performance and market trends, as well as fostering strong relationships with partners and agents. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in spearheading the next phase of our growth. In terms of compensation, you will have the opportunity to participate in the company's growth through equity participation with stock options and ownership, profit sharing based on business performance, and performance-based incentives tied to achieving sales milestones. To excel in this role, we are looking for a Graduate (MBA preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance sales through an agent network.
