Job Description

As a Wealth Relationship Manager at one of the most dynamic start-ups in the wealth-tech field, based in Gurugram, your main responsibility will be to source new clients for wealth management and other financial products. You will be expected to effectively maintain client relationships by following up with their servicing needs and collecting regular feedback. Additionally, you will distribute various investment products to both existing and new clients while developing customer success strategies and best practices. Communication with internal and external senior-level management will also be crucial to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth. To excel in this role, you should possess some understanding of financial markets, although you will receive training and certification before distributing financial products. Clearing the NISM modules for distributors is a requirement before beginning product distribution. A smart, confident, and outgoing personality along with excellent verbal communication skills are essential for this position. As a pre-requisite, you must currently be based in Gurugram, Delhi, or the NCR region and be willing to work in a fluid startup environment. This is a sales profile, so being willing to excel in sales is vital. You should also be a quick learner who can adapt to changing business needs and possess multitasking skills. The compensation for this full-time position ranges from INR 250,000 to 325,000 annually and includes a fixed salary, incentives, and a flexible work environment. The workplace type for this role is in-office, and the employment type is full-time. The industry is Banking/Financial Services/Broking, and the experience level required is entry-level.
