Job Role:

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Housekeeping to manage our housekeeping operations and maintain the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas at The Catel Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and lead the housekeeping staff
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and up to hotel standards
• Assign daily tasks and inspect rooms to ensure quality
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
• Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules
• Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are followed strictly

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in housekeeping (1+ year in a supervisory role preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Eye for cleanliness and detail
• Ability to handle a team and get work done under pressure
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
• Polite, professional, and presentable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
