Job Description

We’re seeking a Head of Growth to identify, launch, and scale new growth channels that directly impact revenue and accelerate the achievement of company goals. You will drive comprehensive growth efforts across performance marketing, webinars, content creation, SEO, influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, social media, and PR, ensuring cohesive and impactful growth strategies. What You'll Do: Growth Channel Activation: Identify, test, and activate new and innovative growth channels to achieve revenue targets Lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives to maximize customer acquisition and retention Develop and execute content strategies (blogs, case studies, landing pages) designed for high conversion and engagement Launch and manage impactful influencer and affiliate marketing programs to amplify brand reach and awareness Strategic Marketing and Content Leadership: Create compelling brand messaging and oversee all marketing content, ensuring alignment with business objectives Enhance the visibility and effectiveness of our website, social media, and PR efforts to strengthen market presence Coordinate webinars and events to increase product visibility and generate qualified leads Analytics and Revenue Impact: Regularly measure and analyze the performance of growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on insights and performance data Leverage CRM data to streamline processes and improve conversion rates and sales velocity Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging, content, and user experiences Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and content teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging Build and manage strategic external partnerships to expand market reach and drive business growth What You Bring: 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, strategic initiatives, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS context Demonstrated success in activating and scaling diverse marketing and growth channels Proficiency with growth and marketing tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Hunter, and similar platforms Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have: Previous experience in early-stage startups or building growth channels from the ground up Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling product Collaborative and innovative work environment Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives Show more Show less
