We’ve scaled over 200+ Indian brands with 5000+ influencers across categories such as beauty, fashion, wellness, supplements, and more. Our full-service model enables product development, packaging, logistics, digital marketing, and U.S. expansion from a single source. We’re now building our Growth Headquarters in Bhopal and seeking a Head of Growth who can take full ownership of our daily sales engine — with a target to drive ₹10–₹15 Lakhs in service sales per day, especially for our ₹2.5L full-service brand scaling programs. Role Summary As Head of Growth, you will directly own ABES’ revenue growth. You will be responsible for designing the funnel, managing outreach and marketing campaigns, activating warm leads, and converting inbound interest to confirmed deals. A critical expectation of this role is the ability to leverage your personal and professional network in the D2C, e-commerce, or influencer space to bring 10–15 new service clients (each worth ₹2.5L or more) within the first 15–20 days of joining. This is not a routine managerial role. We’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial instincts, battle-tested execution experience, and the ability to build & lead a revenue-generating army. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Client Acquisition Own and execute the strategy to close daily ₹10–₹15L of service revenue. Personally onboard and close the first 10–15 high-value clients within the first 15–20 days using your own industry relationships, referrals, or warm intros. Collaborate with the internal sales team to nurture and convert inbound leads. 2. Funnel & Growth Systems Design, test, and manage marketing funnels across WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. Set up lead qualification systems, cold outreach templates, and conversion tracking dashboards. Work closely with content, design, and paid marketing resources for growth execution. 3. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a performance-driven team, including: Business Development Reps (BDRs) – Outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Closers / Account Executives Onboarding & Funnel Operations Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reviews with clear revenue KPIs. 4. Market Expansion Strategy Identify high-potential client segments (beauty, wellness, fashion, supplements, etc.) Lead ABES’ entry into new categories and micro-communities via personalized campaigns and storytelling. Build strategic partnerships with agencies, influencers, and consultants to source consistent leads. Qualifications & Must-Haves 4–7 years experience in growth, digital marketing, B2B D2C sales, or performance-driven leadership. Strong understanding of service sales, funnel psychology, and digital marketing channels. Proven experience scaling ₹1Cr+ in service or product revenue. Demonstrated network in the D2C, digital agency, influencer, or e-com founder ecosystem. Excellent communication, team leadership, and growth hacking skills.
