Head of Enterprise Sales India

As a global digital transformation leader operating in Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets, you will be responsible for helping enterprises unlock growth through data, AI, and digital commerce solutions. Your role will involve partnering with leading companies in sectors such as CPG, retail, automotive, industrial, and consumer-tech to deliver measurable impact in revenue acceleration, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. With a focus on consultative enterprise sales and AI-driven transformation, you will play a key role in scaling our presence in India and building a high-impact leadership team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the India sales strategy and revenue charter, reporting into regional/global leadership. - Drive enterprise client acquisition across CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, and industrial verticals. - Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and growth. - Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships, positioning integrated data, AI & commerce solutions. - Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to design tailored GTM approaches. - Lead end-to-end enterprise deal cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and closure. **Qualifications Required:** - Tier 1 MBA with 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise/solution sales within SaaS, analytics, or consulting. - Proven track record of closing large deals (~1 Mn USD) and scaling revenue in CPG, automotive, or industrial verticals in India. - Strong client network with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in global/matrix environments.,
