Head of Design

The design head is responsible for ensuring that the design output aligns with the company's overall business objectives, brand personality, and communication tone. You need to play a leading role in constantly shaping the design language of the brand. Your responsibilities include developing and communicating the company's creative vision and design aesthetic, creating and maintaining the company's brand guidelines, and ensuring that designs align with the brand. You will be translating abstract business concepts or requirements into conceptual designs. Additionally, you will be leading and managing the design team, including recruiting new talent, setting growth paths, and assigning team members to projects. It is crucial to manage, monitor, and lead all aspects of the design team's operations and activities. Mentoring the design team on industry-standard design practices and high-impact visuals to ensure cohesive output is also part of your role. Collaboration with other internal teams is essential to ensure the highest level of design is achieved in all areas.
