Job Responsibilities

Review of Feasibility study of Casting components

Responsible for New Part Development of Automobile products like Brake Drum, Hubs, Carrier Housing Pinion Housing Brackets Clutch Housing, etc.

Design finalization of Pattern, Core and Core box models.

Review with Cross functional team for new product development.

Sample follow up till handover as per APOP timeline plan

Reviewing & Finalizing running system for new products through Novacast simulation.

Routine follow up with pattern maker for new product developments

Identify low yield castings, revisit & modify running system using simulation software.

Identify high weight castings (Casting weight greater than Design weight) & provide necessary corrections

Analysing of rejection & provide solution for regular production items due to design

Attending all review meetings for reporting and receiving of work status & progress

Maintain of Records, documents and its retrieval (APQP PPAP and Design document).
