The ideal candidate will have a qualification profile including CFA, CA, CS, or a Post Graduate degree, along with 17-20 years of relevant experience. As the Head of Department in Inspection and Audit, your responsibilities will include selecting members for inspection, ensuring timely completion of on-site inspections, tracking and enforcing post-inspection and regulatory compliance, and engaging with internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for conducting training for members and member auditors, interacting with regulators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing risk management frameworks, communicating with auditors and regulators, managing databases, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of departmental operations. You will play a crucial role in fostering a corporate culture of integrity, respect, transparency, and accountability across departments.
