Qualification: Master's Degree in English or Social Science with B.Ed/M.Ed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the academic team for English and Social Studies.
• Plan curriculum and academic calendars in coordination with school management.
• Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and lesson delivery.
• Conduct teacher training, classroom observations, and academic audits.
• Teach English and Social Studies to higher grades as required.
• Drive innovative teaching practices and ensure academic excellence.

Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge in English and Social Studies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in planning and implementing academic strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
