We are looking for a skilled professional with 15 to 22 years of experience to lead our delivery team as the Head of Delivery, Full Service Commercial at Syneos Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end commercial operations and leading cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
