Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead dSilo’s GenAI and data science roadmap.
Architect and scale retrieval, generation, and evaluation pipelines.
Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI team.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to deploy production-grade AI solutions.
Lead innovation in
RAG
,
context engineering
,
LLM agents
, and
structured extraction
for enterprise data.
Establish continuous
feedback loops
using human and system evaluations to improve AI model accuracy and reliability.
Design and oversee
reinforcement tuning
and
RLHF
pipelines to align AI behavior with enterprise goals and user intent.

Requirements

10+ years in AI/ML, including 5+ years in technical and people leadership roles.
Deep expertise in
Generative AI
,
NLP
,
RAG
,
LLM agents
, and related frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or similar).
Strong proficiency in
Python
,
cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure), and
vector databases
.
Hands-on experience building ML models from the ground up and fine-tuning
LLMs/SLMs
.
Proven experience with
Reinforcement Learning
,
RLHF
, and
Reinforcement Tuning
approaches for iterative model improvement.
Strong understanding of
LLMOps
, including evaluation pipelines, monitoring, and continuous optimization through feedback loops.
Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable AI systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with
procurement, contracts, or financial data

Exposure to
safety, ethics, and governance frameworks
in Generative AI systems.
