Head of Data & AI

As an experienced professional with over 10+ years of experience in AI & Data leadership, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of AI and Data Science features across enterprise platforms. Your responsibilities will include infusing Agentic AI to enable autonomous workflows and real-time decision-making. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and scaling federated data platforms, semantic data models, and explainable AI frameworks. Your role will also involve driving innovation through experimentation, ecosystem partnerships, and client/vendor collaboration. You will oversee the development of domain-specific AI solutions in areas such as client onboarding, syndicated lending, private markets, corporate actions, public markets, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design & implementation of AI and Data Science features across enterprise platforms - Infuse Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and real-time decision-making - Build & scale federated data platforms, semantic data models, and explainable AI frameworks - Drive innovation through experimentation, ecosystem partnerships, and client/vendor collaboration - Oversee development of domain-specific AI solutions in various areas Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of leading AI & Data Science initiatives in a tech-driven environment - Expertise in AI/ML, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and intelligent platforms - Strong background in semantic data modeling, federated access, and explainable AI - Excellent leadership & communication skills to inspire high-impact teams - Strategic thinker with the ability to transform ideas into scalable business outcomes Nice to Have: - Experience in Financial Services (lending, markets, regulatory compliance/reporting) - Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, and workflow automation tools - Knowledge of modern data architectures (data mesh, federated access) - Strong grasp of data governance, security, and compliance principles Please note that this is a Contractual / Temporary position with a contract length of 12 months.
