Head of Data & AI

As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience and strong leadership skills in AI & Data, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of AI and Data Science features across enterprise platforms. Your responsibilities will include infusing Agentic AI to enable autonomous workflows and real-time decision-making, building and scaling federated data platforms, semantic data models, and explainable AI frameworks. You will drive innovation through experimentation, ecosystem partnerships, and collaboration with clients and vendors. Additionally, you will oversee the development of domain-specific AI solutions such as client onboarding, syndicated lending, private markets, corporate actions, public markets, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design & implementation of AI and Data Science features across enterprise platforms - Infuse Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and real-time decision-making - Build & scale federated data platforms, semantic data models, and explainable AI frameworks - Drive innovation through experimentation, partnerships, and collaboration - Oversee development of domain-specific AI solutions in various areas Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of leading AI & Data Science initiatives - Expertise in AI/ML, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and intelligent platforms - Strong background in semantic data modeling, federated access, and explainable AI - Excellent leadership & communication skills - Strategic thinker with the ability to transform ideas into scalable business outcomes Nice to Have: - Experience in Financial Services - Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, and workflow automation tools - Knowledge of modern data architectures - Strong grasp of data governance, security, and compliance principles *Job Type: Contractual / Temporary* *Contract length: 12 months* *Work Location: In person*,
