As the India Head of Culture, Growth, and Operations for our client, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day execution and strengthening of cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include leading business operations, talent acquisition, and administrative functions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in building a strong, values-driven culture within the organization and guiding product-aligned teams towards execution excellence. Your role will also involve attracting and developing top-tier talent, driving campus and tech outreach initiatives, implementing OKRs, and enhancing operational independence.
