Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of the CSE Department at Sunstone, located in Coimbatore. The Head of the CSE Department will be responsible for overseeing the CSE curriculum, managing faculty, conducting research, and fostering industry-academia collaborations. The role involves mentoring students, ensuring academic excellence, and implementing innovative teaching methodologies to maintain the highest standards of education.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science education and curriculum management
• Proven experience in research, academic administration, and faculty management
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Ability to foster industry-academia collaborations and integrate practical training into the curriculum
• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the education sector with a focus on employability and skill development
