As the dynamic Head of Campus Operations at Heritage Valley The Indian School, your role will involve leading the planning, maintenance, and development of the expansive school campus. You will ensure a safe, sustainable, and well-managed environment that supports both learning and community life. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee upkeep of school buildings, utilities, playgrounds, staff housing, and landscaped areas. - Lead preventive maintenance programmes, respond to emergencies, and manage utilities (power, water). - Supervise in-house operations staff and coordinate with contractors/vendors. - Manage campus development projects, including construction, renovations, and upgrades. - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. - Develop and manage budgets; oversee procurement and inventory control. - Drive eco-friendly practices in waste, water, and energy use. **Candidate Profile:** - Graduate/Diploma in Civil, Estate, or Facilities Management. - 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in education or institutional settings. - Expertise in building systems, utilities, and campus operations. - Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in English; Telugu/Hindi desirable. *Accommodation:* Accommodation may be provided on campus for the right candidate.
