Here is a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Responsibilities:** - **Technical Leadership & AI Strategy:** - Architect state-of-the-art AI applications leveraging advanced prompting techniques, frameworks, and data access. - Provide expertise in ML, Large Language Models, Graph Neural Networks, and multi-modal AI. - Lead the design of multi-agent architectures and reasoning capabilities in AI-driven products. - Drive efficient MLOps & AI DevOps for high-quality AI development. - **AI Governance & Ethics:** - Implement responsible AI practices and advocate for human-empowered AI vision. - Establish AI governance frameworks and champion explainable AI. - **Team Leadership & Developer Experience:** - Build and mentor a globally distributed team of AI engineers. - Improve developer productivity and optimize for modularity and reusability. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:** - Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. - Advocate for AI-first product thinking and integrate AI-driven analytics into decision-making. **Qualifications:** - Curious, hands-on leader with a passion for developing talent. - Strong technical depth in AI, ML, graph-based AI, and software architecture. - Experience in MLOps, AI DevOps, and AI governance. - Executive presence and experience managing globally distributed teams.
