Head Mistress – CISCE School As the Head Mistress of a CISCE-affiliated school, you will serve as the academic and administrative head, driving the institution toward educational excellence in line with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) standards. In this leadership role, you will set the strategic vision for the school, fostering a culture of innovation, discipline, and collaboration. Your guidance will ensure the academic framework not only delivers success but also nurtures critical thinking, creativity, and ethical values. You will create an environment that provides students with a holistic education, preparing them for life beyond the classroom. As the ambassador of the school’s ethos, you will inspire and empower both educators and students to reach their fullest potential. By integrating modern teaching methodologies with traditional values, you will promote an inclusive and dynamic learning atmosphere. Additionally, you will ensure the seamless operation of all academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, aligning them with CISCE standards to meet the diverse needs of students. As a Head Mistree, you will be a cornerstone of the school’s success, shaping its legacy as a beacon of quality education and nurturing future leaders. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to meet and exceed CISCE standards. Oversee curriculum planning, innovative teaching practices, and student assessments for Classes PG to 12th. Establish effective communication with parents, students, staff, and governing bodies. Promote holistic development through a blend of academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Qualifications: Master’s degree (preferably in English). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a reputed English-medium school, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. Comprehensive knowledge of CISCE curriculum standards and educational regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
