* Lead & manage a team of L&D professionals, handle BTP program designing, collaboration, implementation, and timely execution of planned sessions. * Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies. Required Candidate profile * Master's degree in Education with Min 10-12 yrs of exp in learning & development, preferably in the pharma industry, with at least 3-5 yrs in a leadership role. * Excellent communication in English.
