Head - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:
Investor and Analyst Engagement:- Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with investors and business analysts.- Prepare and lead the creation of documents for analyst presentations, roadshows, and peer comparison reports.- Schedule and organize analyst calls and meetings.- Prepare and circulate minutes of investor meetings and meeting transcripts for analyst calls.- Summarize and circulate analyst reports.Strategic Planning and Reporting:- Develop and execute an investor relations plan, including a calendar for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.- Create a calendar for analyst calls and presentations.- Formulate an events and communication plan for institutional shareholders.- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for investor relations activities.- Keep track of the company's investor base and top investors.- Prepare global competitor evaluation and peer comparison reports.Content and Information Management:- Prepare investor presentations and press releases.- Ensure timely updates of reports and documents on the company website.Required Qualifications:- A graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is required.- An MBA/PG/CA is preferred.
