Key Responsibilities: Investor and Analyst Engagement: - Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with investors and business analysts. - Prepare and lead the creation of documents for analyst presentations, roadshows, and peer comparison reports. - Schedule and organize analyst calls and meetings. - Prepare and circulate minutes of investor meetings and meeting transcripts for analyst calls. - Summarize and circulate analyst reports. Strategic Planning and Reporting: - Develop and execute an investor relations plan, including a calendar for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. - Create a calendar for analyst calls and presentations. - Formulate an events and communication plan for institutional shareholders. - Develop and monitor key performance metrics for investor relations activities. - Keep track of the company's investor base and top investors. - Prepare global competitor evaluation and peer comparison reports. Content and Information Management: - Prepare investor presentations and press releases. - Ensure timely updates of reports and documents on the company website. Required Qualifications: - A graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is required. - An MBA/PG/CA is preferred.
