IT Operations
• Manage plant IT infrastructure including networks, servers, shop-floor systems, and end-user
computing.
• Ensure 24x7 uptime of production-critical systems.
• Maintain segregation and secure integration of IT networks.
Manufacturing & Quality Systems
• Ensure IT Infrastructure is maintained, so that manufacturing systems like ERP, MES/MOM, QMS,
CMMS, PLM are functioning properly and with high availability.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Implement cybersecurity controls for IT environment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, customer cybersecurity and regulatory audits.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and incident response for manufacturing systems.
Vendor & OEM Management
• Manage IT, automation, and infrastructure vendors.
• Coordinate with OEMs and system integrators.
• Manage AMCs, SLAs, and cost control.
Digital Manufacturing Initiatives
• Standardize IT systems across multiple plants.
Team & Budget Management
• Lead IT team and outsourced support.
• Manage IT budgets (CapEx/OpEx) and asset lifecycle
