Hiring for leadership role focused on embedding Generative AI across the entire software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and IT ecosystem.

Key focus areas:

· Define and drive a GenAI transformation roadmap across engineering

· Build internal GenAI platforms.

· Operationalize GenAI across Engineering, SRE, Ops, IT, and Security

· Establish responsible AI governance in a regulated environment

Ideal profile:

· 15+ years in engineering / platform roles with leadership experience.

· Hands-on exposure to Generative AI / LLMs

. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least2–3 years focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

· Strong grounding in SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native systems

· Experience in regulated environments is a plus
