Head - Financial Reporting & IGAAP Reporting

You should have prior experience working in a bank or a background in Banking to qualify for this role. Your primary responsibility will be managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with RBI circulars and accounting standards. Your duties will include: - Handling I-GAAP reporting. - Conducting variance analysis of financial statements on a monthly basis. - Creating monthly presentations for the CFO. - Reviewing internal controls related to financial presentation and the finance department. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards under I-GAAP. - Monitoring risks and controls for the finance function and ORMD. - Preparing various notes for Audit Committees and the Board for Approval/Noting. - Taking responsibility for the preparation and review of board policies. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Chartered Accountant.,
