To manage 3-4 Functions (WHOLESALE BANKING - MMG, TRANSACTION BANKING, AGRI, RECOVERY, etc.)
To handle a Team of 7-8 HRBPs (who are at AM/DM/MGR grade)
To take care of overall Manning (Talent Acquisition plus Retention) as per the Function wise Budget
To handle the Employee Grievances
To manage the Stakeholders
Preferred Grade - Sr. Manager (or Manager)

In view of aforesaid, we need to hire a candidate who has minimum 10 years of Relevant Experience in the HR-TA &/or HR-BP domain for similar Functions (Retail Assets / Wholesale Assets) in other BFSI.
