Head Finance-Plant

As a Qualified CA or Qualified Cost Accountant at the Pant Nagar plant, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Financial Planning and Budgeting: - Participate in the plant planning process and provide accurate financial information to the plant management team - Prepare forecasts and monthly rolling plans based on customer demands - Monitor budget utilization and ensure adherence to laid down budgets - Prepare and consolidate budgets across variable and fixed heads Cash Flow Management: - Prepare cash flow statements based on actual current month cash flows - Evaluate cash flow positions and plan capex funding accordingly Capex Management: - Prepare capex forecast at the beginning of the year - Review actual capex requirements/spends on a monthly basis - Evaluate return periods and IRR for planned capex projects Internal Audits: - Collaborate with Internal Audit team to identify risks and create risk management frameworks - Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency of financial processes - Provide necessary data and respond to queries for timely audits Cost Control: - Apply cost accounting principles for product costing and quotations - Generate ideas for cost control measures and initiatives - Analyze profitability, productivity, and costs within the plant Team Development: - Participate in the recruitment process to identify the right talent - Establish individual performance expectations and review team performance regularly - Create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge Please note that the job description does not mention any additional details about the company.,
