Job Title:

Head Fashion Designer – Multi-Category (Women’s Western Wear, Menswear & Kidswear)

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in fashion design in a reputed apparel brand, with team leadership experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Fashion Designer to lead the entire design team and oversee end-to-end design development across women’s western wear, menswear (primary focus), and kidswear. The ideal candidate must have strong fashion sensibility, team leadership skills, and hands-on experience in multi-category apparel design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete design team and supervise design processes across all categories

Develop seasonal and capsule collections for women’s western wear, menswear (main focus), and kidswear

Ensure trend-driven, brand-aligned, and commercially viable designs

Create and review design concepts, silhouettes, color palettes, and fabric selections

Oversee the preparation of mood boards, tech packs, print developments, and sampling

Collaborate closely with the production, merchandising, and marketing teams for seamless execution

Approve final samples and ensure quality, fit, and finish of each design

Guide, mentor, and manage junior designers and interns

Track global fashion trends, market demand, and buyer behavior for innovation

Maintain timelines, seasonal calendars, and ensure on-time launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
