As a Head of Facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects related to facility management, administration, and logistics. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling Facility Management Services (FMS), administration, and logistics effectively. - Managing facilities in large organizations with 1000+ employees. - Preparing, monitoring, and controlling the FMS budget throughout the year. - Improving the work environment by providing and maintaining necessary infrastructure, services, and facilities such as employee facilities, accommodation facilities, transportation, and asset management. - Implementing new projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience, ensuring safety and health standards are met to promote wellness among employees. - Demonstrating expertise in team handling and stakeholder management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 18+ years of experience in facility management. - Full-time Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred.
