Job Description

position : Head-Estimation Qualification: D.M.E./B.E.-Mech. Product Knowledge: Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger Code Knowledge: ASME, TEMA, API Software Knowledge: PvElite, AutoCAD. CTC Budget -CTC 15 to 20 LPA Enquiry & Client Interaction Obtain enquiries from customers or the marketing team. Study and understand client requirements from received enquiries. Maintain and update the Enquiry and Order Register. Review technical specifications and standards received from clients and prepare technical deviation reports if necessary. Estimation & Costing Estimate costs for process equipment, including shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and columns. Prepare budget sheets after order receipt and conduct job cost analysis for the operations team. Interact with vendors to evaluate and compare raw material costs. Order Execution & Coordination Conduct pre- and post-order technical and commercial discussions with clients. Transfer new orders (work order transfer) with a checklist and arrange kickoff meetings.
