Head - EMS India Business Development

Role & responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sulzer management team to define a vision for Electromechanical Services market growth.
• Design and lead EMS growth strategies for India greenfield sites and drive new market opportunities across India Subregion
• Build networks and connections with potential customers, major players in the EMS industry, relevant authorities, and other potential business partners and suppliers.
• Develop strong value proposition for market specific offerings.
• Support the Sales Organizations with Key Account Management on EMS
• Monitor competitive activity and develop winning strategies for new EMS Services Offering
• Define and implement EMS product line short and long-term strategies to optimize order intake and profit and market development.
• Support operations team to develop actionable services solutions plans and support implementation and progress.
• Support the annual strategic planning process for Services India.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Work experience

  : 15+Years,

• Expertise (e.g. professional, technical):

  Sales / Marketing / Business Development experience with strong technical background in Electromechanical Services is a must.

• Education:

  Bachelor Degree in Engineering / MBA (desirable)

  Subject:

  Electrical Engineering

• Languages:

  English & Hindi. Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.

• Strong sales acumen
