Role Overview: You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all electrical maintenance activities in the plant. This includes participating in the preparation of maintenance programs, ensuring timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities, monitoring equipment performance, and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability reliability and minimize maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement detailed maintenance procedures and practices to ensure safety. - Monitor and update electronic and hard copy records for all equipment, and conduct regular preventive and condition monitoring surveys. - Analyze performance and maintenance costs of mechanical equipment, providing recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate work activities and plan maintenance activities. - Review requirements for new equipment or major repairs, optimize consumables consumption, and ensure material availability. Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Instrumentation. - 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance department.
