Head Credit & Operations For NBFC in Gurgaon

The key deliverables for this role include building the Credit and Operations functions in the Company, which involves underwriting, transaction documentation, disbursements, banking operations, and regulatory compliance & reporting (such as CERSAI, Credit Bureaus, etc.). You will be responsible for leading a team of Credit & Operations Officers, managing the quality & delivery turnaround of loan proposals, enabling business growth, and providing relevant inputs for the creation/refinement of the Credit policy. Additionally, you will drive and support various miscellaneous initiatives related to risk, credit, business, and technology as required. The ideal candidate for this position should be a CA/MBA with 10-14 years of relevant credit/risk experience with reputed NBFCs and/or Commercial Banks. They should have exposure and knowledge of credit practices and products in small ticket lending (LAP/Home Loans and unsecured loans), possess local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, high-risk areas, and be well-versed in legal documentation. Candidates with experience in both Operations and Credit will be preferred. Experience required for this role is 10-20 years, and the salary range is between 10 Lac To 20 Lac P.A. The industry focus is Financial Services/Banking, Investments/Insurance/Stock Market/Loan, and the desired qualifications include Chartered Accountant, MBA/PGDM.
