Head Credit & Operations

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for building the Credit and Operations functions in the Company. Your key deliverables will include: - Leading a team of Credit & Operations Officers - Managing the quality & delivery turnaround of loan proposals - Enabling business growth - Providing relevant & regular inputs for creation/refinement of Credit policy - Driving and supporting miscellaneous initiatives related to risk, credit, business, and technology To be successful in this role, you should possess: - CA/MBA qualification with 10-14 years of relevant credit/risk experience in reputed NBFCs &/or Commercial Banks - Exposure and knowledge of credit practices and products in small ticket lending (LAP/Home Loans and unsecured loans) - Local market knowledge of key industries, acceptable collateral, high-risk areas, etc. - Full conversance with legal documentation - Candidates with experience in both Operations and Credit will be preferred In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to have a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in the field.
