Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, online campaigns, references, and partnerships.
Promote the firms trading platforms, brokerage plans, and value-added services to potential customers.
Conduct product demos and presentations to convert leads into active trading clients.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.
Develop strategies to increase active client base and drive higher wallet share per client.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the broking industry.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
NISM Certification (Series VIII)
