Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, online campaigns, references, and partnerships.
  • Promote the firms trading platforms, brokerage plans, and value-added services to potential customers.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to convert leads into active trading clients.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.
  • Develop strategies to increase active client base and drive higher wallet share per client.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the broking industry.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • NISM Certification (Series VIII)
