As Head - Broiler Breeder Operations for a fast-growing Poultry Integration Company in Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for technical analysis and problem solving in breeder operations. - Execute the parent birds placement according to the business plan. - Achieve operational and financial performance goals of the breeder divisions. - Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity measures in the breeder farms. - Review and implement the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements. - Provide training for the breeder staff and farmers. - Maintain and enhance the relationship with Breeder farmers. - Facilitate training and development initiatives. - Ensure employee safety at work and implement safety practices effectively.
