Head - BFS Presales & Solutions

As a Head of BFS Presales & Solutions, you will be responsible for designing target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and business cases tailored for BFS operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving integration of GenAI, RPA, analytics, and automation in BFS processes such as KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud detection, compliance, and reconciliations. - Anchoring RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, developing compelling solution narratives, and delivering high-impact client presentations. - Supporting deal shaping, commercial structuring, and pricing models specific to BFS engagements. - Acting as a strategic advisor on BFS digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and modernization of legacy platforms. - Creating thought leadership assets such as PoVs, whitepapers, and case studies on digital BFS transformation and intelligent operations. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in Core Banking Industry Expertise with a focus on Solution Designing. In addition to the above, the company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and the role requires a Bachelor's Degree in education. Your key skills should include BFS solutions, presales, and solutions.
