Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the ADL team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for drug substances, intermediates, and raw materials as per current guideline.
Optimize methods for accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
Prepare validation protocols, conduct experiments, and generate validation reports.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ICH, GMP).
Possess in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC-HS, , IR, UV, etc) and support to regulatory query response.
Troubleshoot analytical issues and identify root causes.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Process Development teams to support product development and lifecycle management.
Support technology transfer activities.
