Roles & Responsibilities:-

Branch Sales Officer (BSO)

• Source new CASA accounts via field sales
  
• Cross-sell financial products (loans, insurance, mutual funds)
  
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue targets
  
• Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities
  

Personal Banker / PB Sales / PB Classic

• Handle customer walk-ins and process transactions
  
• Provide personalized banking solutions and cross-sell retail products
  
• Manage Classic/HNI portfolios with a focus on deepening relationships
  
• Upsell credit cards, FDs, RDs, loans, and insurance
  

Relationship Manager (RM) / Preferred RM

• Manage a portfolio of retail/HNI customers
  
• Provide end-to-end financial planning and advisory services
  
• Cross-sell wealth products and meet revenue goals
  
• Build long-term banking relationships and ensure high service quality
  

Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

• Lead and mentor the sales team (PB, BSO)
  
• Drive CASA and third-party product sales
  
• Conduct team reviews and drive branch productivity
  
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns
  

Branch Manager (BM)

• Oversee complete branch operations and profitability
  
• Ensure target achievement across liabilities, assets, and TPP
  
• Maintain compliance, audit readiness, and customer service excellence
  
• Lead a high-performing and collaborative team
  

Authorizer

• Authorize high-value cash and non-cash transactions
  
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies
  
• Act as transaction checker and support daily branch operations
  
• Prevent fraud and ensure service accuracy
