HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, your role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions in the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Your technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules, integrations, and reporting will be crucial, particularly focusing on HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and BI Reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance. - Develop and configure HCM Extracts for data retrieval and reporting. - Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL for data migration and bulk uploads. - Design and develop BI Publisher Reports, OTBI dashboards, and SQL-based reports. - Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Implement encryption and decryption mechanisms to protect sensitive HCM data. - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage roles, privileges, and user access control. Required Skills & Experience: - 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support. - Expertise in HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and BI Reporting. - Strong experience in Oracle REST API and SOAP Web Services. - Knowledge of encryption and decryption techniques for securing data. - Experience in the Redwood UI upgrade is desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
