HCM Manager

As the Total Source Tax Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring various standards such as internal tNPS, Client Engagement, AHT, and productivity to ensure that targets and service level agreements are met. - Leading escalations and engaging with clients when necessary. - Managing a team of 60+ associates and collaborating with Front line leaders to ensure smooth operations. - Providing supervision, feedback, and guidance to your team as needed. - Developing and implementing plans for special projects, Issues Logs, and ongoing requirements. - Fostering Employee Engagement and addressing team grievances. - Identifying clients" business challenges and seeking feedback to make informed decisions. - Building strong partnerships with US counterparts to facilitate clear communication and deliver expected results. Qualifications required for this role include: - Completion of B.Com or equivalent (MBA preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing front line leaders and currently serving as an Operations manager with a team size of 50+ associates. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in using strategic tools and Lean models for process improvements. - Experience in managing stakeholders and counterparts onsite. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. - Self-driven individual with a history of active engagement within the organization. - Willingness to work in US shifts at the Hyderabad office location.
