HCM Digital Product Owner

Role Overview: As a WFA product analyst at Schneider Electric, your key role will be to stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product roadmap, explore new features, and present them to business stakeholders. You will be responsible for validating business requirements, confirming feasibility, and providing the best solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the business to understand and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Core HCM. - Understand business requirements and provide solutions. - Guide the development team on prioritizing work from the backlog and providing solutions. - Ensure thorough impact assessment is performed and changes are thoroughly tested before moving to production. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Work with vendors to understand product roadmap and new features to enhance business processes. - Explore new features, conduct POC, and present findings to stakeholders. - Engage with the vendor community to stay informed about product issues and solutions. - Collaborate with other product teams to align and discuss the end-to-end impact of features and requirements. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. - Techno-functional expertise in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, and Performance Management. - Extensive knowledge of Hire to Retire business processes, Performance and Talent review management. - Experience working with Agile methodology. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Exposure to working in highly matrixed setups of Global MNCs. - Design thinking and problem-solving skills. - Experience in stakeholder management. - Collaborative mindset. - Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
