**Urgent Hiring for the Role of HCM - Application Security Technical Consultant** Role: HCM - Application Security Technical Consultant Experience: 8+years Location: Remote 100% Work timing: EST Hours Job Description Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 3 years in HCM security. In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Security model (abstract, job, and data roles). Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle SaaS environments. Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher, OTBI reporting (preferred). Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
