Required Skills and Qualifications:

6–9 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in VXML development.
Solid understanding of IVR systems and call flow logic.
Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
Proficient in UNIX/Linux commands for log monitoring and troubleshooting.
Exposure to or experience in the banking/financial domain.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Nuance, Genesys, or other IVR platforms.
Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
